We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are not faulty. If the product is defective, please contact us within 3 days and we will assist with after-sales service.

Warranty.
LED bulbs and power cord accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty. Replacement parts are shipped free of charge.
Refund Policy.
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date we receive your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our Each product is handmade, making each item unique and personalised. Imperfections such as small air bubbles or minor paint blemishes may occur during the handmade process. Please understand that these features are a natural result of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
RETURN SHIPPING.
If the return is due to a product defect, Resinartypc will cover the shipping cost.
Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: %Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, customised or personalised products and personal care items. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials or sale items.
Exchanges.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and purchase the new item separately after accepting the return.
REFUNDS.
We will notify you of the status of your refund once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed in the same manner as your original payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
